Project and construction. Completed

We have a longitudinal and open space extending along the exterior facade. The large holes in the facade allow the entrance of abundant natural lighting that will be used within the arrangement of furniture. We decided to introduce light materials and light tones to give a feeling of spaciousness, clarity and order. Only certain objects will stand out from the neutral background.

A shelf under the large windows made with white lacquered wood will be the main storage furniture that will extend from side to side of the house-studio, connecting the two main spaces: bedroom and living room. This division is made with a group of blinds, three fixed in the middle and two sliding ones. On one side of the fixed blinds bed is available, equipment tv on the other. One side space for sleeping, the other side for living.

The rest of the furniture, also in white lacquered wood, shall be distributed without overdoing the space. Wet areas (bathroom and kitchen) are located in the inner area, opening the latter to the living room through a wide hole in the partition wall.
