Project and construction. Completed

It was about making the most with the least. With a very low budget but the hope of achieving to change everything. In order to do without almost anything, it is best to undo what has been done. So the overall approach of the action is to demolish the existing partitions, which divided excessively the original space, and regularize the ceiling and the floor to get the unity of the space.

As the connection between the kitchen and living-room has been performed with a large sliding door, now we can see, at last, the five balconies of this apartment, which were already there, but they were hidden behind an excessive distribution. On the other side, and seeking integration, paneled kitchen cabinets are finished in the same way as the sliding doors of bathroom and bedroom.

The result is a bright and spacious apartment with the possibility of transformation in a single space.
