Competition. Runner-up project
The convenor company called a design competition for the selection of the best proposal for the distribution of a free space 70m2 loft to house all the necessities of a habitable dwelling with a small terrace.
The proposal would divide the space into two areas: one partitionated that hosts server uses (kitchen, bedroom, dressing room, bath tubs and toilet) and the main part, clear, designed to host living uses.
The main space is coated with perforated panels of white polymer, arranged as direct cladding and backlit in the side walls, and mounted as sliding panels to shade the light coming through the horizontal window and to define or blur (depending on time) the meeting with the area of secondary uses. The band of wet uses is made of natural stone.
