The block is located along the outer alignment of the lot, with a single courtyard plot.
All the houses allow cross ventilation. In addition, clotheslines work inside the house as patios around which turn the service areas of the house. Downstairs empties promote cross air circulation as well.
A ventilated facade system with screen printed glass panels fixed and swing to the outside, and an aluminum window frames with double glazed glass are projected.
Being aware of the flexibility that the users of social housing usually require, this housing typology is projected in a compact package where grouped wet areas and the distribution allow the transformation into a unique and open space.
